Ruck & Roll is operated by RHOC Holdings Limited, a UK product studio ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at hello@rhocholdings.com.

These terms govern your use of the Ruck & Roll application and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

Ruck & Roll helps grassroots rugby coaches and clubs organise matchday activity: managing squads and players, creating fixtures, selecting matchday squads, building lineups and formations, recording appearances, goals, assists and ratings, and sharing read-only squad information.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

The person who creates an organisation is its owner and is responsible for managing members, roles and invitations. Invitations are personal to the invited email address and may expire.

The Service is designed for teams that may include children and young people. You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority and any necessary consents (for example from parents or guardians) to record information about the players you add, and for keeping that information accurate and appropriate.

Do not record sensitive personal information about players beyond what the Service is designed for (names, squad numbers, positions, availability and match statistics). Photographs of players are optional and uploaded at your discretion and responsibility.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive.
• Attempt to access another organisation's data without permission.
• Interfere with or probe the security of the Service.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others.
• Share squad links publicly in a way that would reasonably be expected to cause harm or embarrassment to any player.

You may generate read-only links to share a matchday squad. These links can be viewed by anyone who has them until you revoke them or they expire. You are responsible for who you share them with. Shared pages never include internal notes or player statistics.

We aim to keep the Service available and improving, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change or withdraw features with reasonable notice where practical. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

The Service is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or £100 if you have paid nothing).

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account and organisation data by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
